Ratifying the assessment for above-standard lighting on the north side of Ford Parkway between Finn Street and Cleveland Avenue. (File No. 19124, Assessment No. 115101)

WHEREAS, the Saint Paul City Council in Council File 11-2104 accepted the Report of Completion for the assessment of benefits, cost and expenses for constructing an above standard lantern style lighting system on the north side of Ford Parkway between Finn Street and Cleveland Avenue; also
WHEREAS, the annual operation and maintenance cost of the above-standard lighting shall be included in the Ford/Cleveland Lighting District and charges will be collected annual with the annual Right-of-Way Maintenance Assessment; and
WHEREAS, the City Council held a public hearing on January 4, 2012 to consider ratification of the assessment roll; and
WHEREAS, the City Council considered and found satisfactory the assessment of benefits, costs and expenses for the construction work; now, therefore be it
RESOLVED, that the said assessment is hereby in all respects ratified; and be it further
RESOLVED, that the assessment be made payable in twenty equal installments.
