WHEREAS, on October 5, 2011, the City Council of the City of Saint Paul adopted Council File Number RLH AR 11-83 said Resolution being the Ratification of Assessment for Boarding and Securing Services during June 2011. (File No. J1112B, Assessment No. 118117); and
WHEREAS, the property at 1077 Ross Avenue, being described as: Terrys Addition Lot 16 Blk 7; and with the property identification number 28-29-22-43-0122 was assessed an amount of $516.65 for boarding and securing; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends deleting the assessment as the assessment was made in error; and
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, Council File Number RLH AR 11-83 is hereby amended to reflect this change.
