Don't have roach problem. They pressured me to give them another 6 months lease and I declined and told them month to month. Out of retaliation, they called the fire inspector.

WHEREAS, in the matter of the Appeal of Dwight Schuette to a Correction Notice-Complaint Inspection at 860 ARKWRIGHT STREET, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council deny the appeal and appellant must hire a professional exterminator to exterminate both units of the building; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
