Amending the spending and financing plans for the 2011 Signalized Intersection Safety Improvement Program to reflect additional Trunk Highway funding for the Arcade - Minnehaha Traffic Signal Reconstruction Project.
Body
WHEREAS, the Department of Public Works has entered into a Cooperative Agreement with the Minnesota Department of Transportation for the reconstruction of the existing traffic signal system at the intersection of Arcade Street and Minnehaha Avenue, and
WHEREAS, this signal project will be constructed under the 2011 Signalized Intersection Safety Improvement Program, and
WHEREAS, the MnDOT cost share for the agreement is $105,900 with the remaining cost of the project being funded with Municipal State Aid under the 2011 Signalized Intersection Safety Improvement Program, so
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of Saint Paul, upon recommendation of the Mayor and advice of the Long Range Capital Improvement Budget Committee, that $105,900, is available for appropriation in the 2011 Capital Improvement Budget, as heretofore adopted and amended by this Council, be hereby further amended in the Improvement Budgets, in the particulars as specified in the attached financial analysis.
