WHEREAS on August 17, 2011, the City Council of the City of Saint Paul adopted Council File RLH AR 11-79, said Resolution being the Ratification of Assessment for Property Clean Up on Private Properties from May 2 to May 31, 2011 at 1676 Marshall Avenue (File No. J1114A, Assessment No. 118086).

WHEREAS, the property at 1676 Marshall Avenue, being described as: Oakland Park Additionto The C Lot 6 Blk 3, with the property identifification number 04-28-23-11-0142 was assessed an amount of $430.00; and

WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommended reducing the assessment from $430.00 to $410.00; Now, Therefore Be It,

RESOLVED, that Council File RLH AR 11-79 is hereby amended to reflect this change.
