Item 3 - Driveway/parking space to be paved. Unaffordable right now. all estimates over $2,000.00. I would seek permission to add more of the exiting river rock as needed or class 5.

WHEREAS, in the matter of the Appeal of Matt Reem to a Correction Order at 1034 EUCLID STREET, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council deny the appeal and grant an extension to November 1, 2011 to repair driveway apron and for Zoning to review site plan for addition of parking pad currently in use; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
