BE IT RESOLVED, that upon execution and delivery of a release in full to the City of St. Paul, the proper City officers are hereby authorized and directed to pay out of the Tort Liability Fund 09070-0511 to Nancy Schaefer and The Cody Law Group, the sum of $11,750.00; to Nancy Schaefer and The Cody Law Group, the sum of $11,750.00, in full and final settlement of her claim for damages sustained on May 23, 2009, as a result of an automobile collision which occurred with a driver of a vehicle owned by the City of St. Paul.
