Body

RESOLVED, that the City of Saint Paul, Police Department is authorized to enter into the attached agreement with the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives (ATF).  The agencies working together will be more efficient and effective in enforcing, investigating, and prosecuting Federal and Sate firearms violations and drug offenses/violent crimes involving firearms.
