WHEREAS, in the matter of the appeal of Joseph Uebel to a Fire Certificate of Occupancy Correction Notice at 1898-1900 FORD PARKWAY, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council grant a 1-inch variance on the openable height of the egress bedroom windows in all four bedrooms measuring 23 inches high by 33 inches wide; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
