Ratifying Graffiti Removal Services from April 28 to May 24, 2011. (File No. J1113P, Assessment No. 118088) (Public hearing held August 17)

WHEREAS, the Saint Paul City Council in Council File 11-1188 accepted the Report of Completion for Graffiti Removal on Private Properties during the time period of April 28 to May 24, 2011; and
WHEREAS, the City Council's Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the assessment roll, considered appeals of affected property owners and developed recommendations for City Council with respect to those assessments; and
WHEREAS, the following assessments were appealed:
RLH TA 11-208 - 275 Bates Avenue - Delete the assessment;
RLH TA 11-207 - 279 Bates Avenue - Delete the assessment;
RLH TA 11-214 - 393 Dunlap Street North - Delete the assessment;
RLH TA 11-213 - 280 Forbes Avenue - Delete the assessment;
RLH TA 11-211 - 477 Laurel Avenue, Unit E1 - Delete the assessment;
RLH TA 11-239 - 477 Laurel Avenue, Unit E3 - Delete the assessment;
RLH TA 11-212 - 477 Laurel Avenue, Unit E5 - Delete the assessment;
RLH TA 11-219 - 774 Selby Avenue - Delete the assessment;
RLH TA 11-231 - 1161 Selby Avenue - Delete the assessment; and
WHEREAS, the City Council held a public hearing on August 17, 2011 to consider ratification of assessment roll; and
WHEREAS, the assessment of benefits, cost and expenses for and in connection with said services, having been submitted to the Council, and the Council having considered same and found the said assessment satisfactory, now, therefore be it
RESOLVED, that the said assessment be and the same is hereby in all respects ratified; pursuant to Saint Paul City Charter Chapter 14 and Saint Paul Administrative Code Chapter 60: Property Service Cost Assessments with the following amendments:
RLH TA 11-208 - 275 Bates Avenue - Delete the assessment;
RLH TA 11-207 - 279 Bates Avenue - Delete the assessment;
RLH TA 11-214 - 393 Dunlap Street North - Delete the assessment;
