WHEREAS, in the matter of the appeal of Howard Googins to an Egress Window Non-Compliance Determination at 834 PORTLAND AVENUE, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council grant a 6.5-inch variance on the openable height of the egress windows in the first floor two bedrooms, and grant a 4.5-inch variance on the openable height of the egress window in the second floor front bedroom; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
