Body

WHEREAS, the Saint Paul City Council in Council File 11-1365 accepted the Report of Completion for the Arcade/Case and the Grand/Snelling parking lots operation and maintenance costs for 2012; and

WHEREAS, the City Council held a public hearing on September 7, 2011 to consider ratification of the assessment roll; and

WHEREAS, the City Council considered and found satisfactory the assessment of benefits, costs and expenses for the construction work; now, therefore be it

RESOLVED, that the said assessment is hereby in all respects ratified.

RESOLVED FURTHER, that the assessment be made payable in one installment.
