Authorizing proper City Officials to execute lease agreements with the City Academy at Wilder and the Minnesota Jewish Theatre.

ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER, that pursuant to Chapter 86.03 of Administrative Code, the proper City officials are hereby authorized to execute the following lease agreement that is one year or less in duration.
Lease Descriptions
City Academy at Wilder (6/30/11 - 6/30/12): Charter School space at Wilder
Minnesota Jewish Theatre (6/30/11 - 6/30/12): Theatre Company space at Hillcrest
