WHEREAS, the City Council accepted the Report of Completion of Assessment for sidewalk improvements done at the request of property owners in Wards 1, 3 and 7. (RES 11-1210); and
Preliminary Order: 10-732 Approved 07/14/2010
Final Order: 10-792 Approved 07/21/2010
WHEREAS, on August 17, 2011 the City Council held a public hearing to consider ratification of the assessment for said construction work; and
WHEREAS, the City Council considered and found satisfactory the assessment of benefits, costs and expenses for said construction work; now, therefore be it
RESOLVED, that said special assessment roll is hereby in all respects ratified pursuant to Chapter 14 of the Saint Paul City Charter with no changes; and be it further
RESOLVED, that the assessment be made payable in twenty equal annual installments.
