BE IT RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Saint Paul, based on a review of the legislative hearing record testimony heard at public hearing on March 16, 2011 and motion of intent hereby memorializes its decisions for the following:
1. Deny the appeal and extension granted for Phillip Black and Dan Boler at 256 MARSHALL AVENUE in reference to the November 8, 2010 Revocation of Fire Certificate of Occupancy and Order to Vacate letter;
2. Deny the appeal for David S. Hartman at 878 CLARK STREET in reference to the January 20, 2011 Fire Inspection Correction Notice letter; and,
3. Deny the appeal for Robert Schilling at 864 Marion Street in reference to the February 11, 2011 Summary Abatement Order.
