WHEREAS, The Lowlands, LLC d/b/a The Lowlands, LLC (License ID #20230000271) applied for a Liquor On Sale-291 seats or more, a Liquor On Sale-Sunday, a Liquor On Sale-2AM Closing, a Liquor-Outdoor Service Area (Patio) and an Entertainment B license; and
WHEREAS, on March 10, 2023, the Department of Safety and Inspections sent out the required License Application Notification; and
WHEREAS, in response to the March 10, 2023, notification the Department of Safety and Inspections received no objections to approval of the above-mentioned licenses; and
WHEREAS, the Council finds that the application is in order and there are no grounds to deny approval of the licenses; now, therefore, be it,
RESOLVED, the Liquor On Sale-291 seats or more, Liquor On Sale-Sunday, Liquor On Sale-2AM Closing, Liquor-Outdoor Service Area (Patio) and Entertainment B licenses are hereby approved and issued to The Lowlands, LLC d/b/a The Lowlands, LLC (License ID #20230000271) for the premises located at 160 Wabasha Street South in Saint Paul.
