Body

WHEREAS, Los Campeones Gym, LLC d/b/a Los Campeones Gym (License ID #20230000270) applied for a Health/Sport Club license for the premises located at 1550 Rice Street in Saint Paul; and

WHEREAS, on March 1, 2023, the Department of Safety and Inspections sent out the required License Application Notification; and

WHEREAS, in response to the March 1, 2023 notification, the Department of Safety and Inspections received no objections to approval of the above-mentioned license; and

WHEREAS, on March 7, 2023, the Department of Safety and Inspections received a letter of support from The North End Neighborhood Organization (District 6); and

WHEREAS, the Council finds that the application is in order and there are no grounds to deny approval of the license; now, therefore, be it,

RESOLVED, a Health/Sports Club license is hereby approved and issued to Los Campeones Gym, LLC d/b/a Los Campeones Gym (License ID #20230000270) for the premises located at 1550 Rice Street in Saint Paul.
