RESOLVED, that upon execution and delivery of a release in full to the City of Saint Paul, the proper City officials are hereby authorized and directed to pay out of the Tort Liability Fund 10017405-74205 to Plaintiffs/Appellants through their attorney, Kelly S. Hadac, payable to Madison Equities, Inc., the total sum of Five Thousand Five Hundred Eighty-Three Dollars and Ninety-Two cents ($5,583.92) in full and final settlement in the Ramsey County District Court case of Stadium Ramp LLC, Park Square Court Building LLC, and Degree of Honor Building LLC v. City of St. Paul, No. 62-CV-21-3363, for alleged damages, costs, and attorneys’ fees claimed in Plaintiffs/Appellants’ Notice of Appeal.
