Amending Council File RLH FCO 23-5, adopted January 25, 2023, to grant Greg Lehman an additional extension for property at 839 FOURTH STREET EAST.

WHEREAS, on January 25, 2023, the City Council of the City of Saint Paul adopted Council File #RLH FCO 23-5, said Resolution being the decision on an appeal to a Fire Inspection Correction Notice for property at 839 Fourth Street East; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommended that the City Council the appeal on the electrical order and deny the appeal on the order pertaining to the installation of the vertically installed floorboard radiator giving an extension to March 1, 2023; and
WHEREAS, the Saint Paul City Council considered the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter and accepted and adopted the recommendation; and
WHEREAS, the Council has further considered the matter following communication from the owner asking for an additional extension from the City Council; Now Therefore, Be It,
RESOLVED, the City Council hereby grants a further extension to September 1, 2023, conditioned on the radiators in the unit all being properly covered.
