Amending the financing and spending plans in the Fire Department in the amount of $2,405.80 for the donation from the Saint Paul Fire Foundation for treadmill belts.
Body
WHEREAS, the Fire Department will be reimbursed by the Saint Paul Fire Foundation for 20 treadmill belts to be used by the firefighters for physical fitness; and
WHEREAS, the total cost of the equipment is $2,405.80; and
WHEREAS, the spending and financing plans have not been established for the reimbursement; and
WHEREAS, the Mayor pursuant to Section 10.07.1 of the Charter of the City of Saint Paul does certify that there are available for appropriation funds of $2,405.80 in excess of those estimated in the 2023 budget; now, therefore be it
RESOLVED, by the City Council that $2,405.80 is available for appropriation in the 2023 budget, in said budget, and heretofore adopted by the Council, is hereby amended as outlined in the attached financial analysis and the Council thanks the SAint Paul Fire Foundation for their generous gift.
