Amending Council File RLH AR 22-67 to delete the assessment for Collection of Delinquent Garbage Bills for services during January to March 2022 at 287 ATWATER STREET. (File No. CG2202A2, Assessment No. 220106)

WHEREAS on August 17, 2022, the City Council of the City of Saint Paul adopted Council File No. RLH AR 22-67, said Resolution being the Ratification of Assessment for Collection of Delinquent Garbage Bills for services during January to March 2022. (File No. CG2202A2, Assessment No. 220106); and
WHEREAS, the property at 287 Atwater Street, being described as: Atwater Street Addition to the City of St. Paul Ramsey County, Minn. Lot 13 Blk 2, with the property identification number 25-29-23-42-0197 was assessed an amount of $99.58; and
WHEREAS, the Public Works staff recommended deleting the assessment as there were two accounts set up for the property and owner was being double billed and has paid for one account; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer concurs with the recommendation; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the reduction of $99.58, plus any accrued interests, be deleted. Council File No. RLH AR 22-67 is hereby amended to reflect this change.
