WHEREAS, the Police Department is requesting for the designation of Axel Henry, Chief of Police as an authorized signer for police department contracts pursuant to Sec. 86.01 of the Saint Paul Administrative Code as of November 19, 2022; and
BE IT ORDERED, that Chief Axel Henry be designated as an authorized signer as set forth in Saint Paul Administrative Code Sec. 86.01 and as authorized by the Mayor for contracts made in the name of the City of Saint Paul for the police department.
