Body

Whereas, the City of Saint Paul and Manual and Maintenance Supervisors Association have a tentative Memorandum of Agreement in order to establish a one year pilot program in Public Works Street Maintenance division for Public Works Supervisor II and IIIs to volunteer to be placed on the oncall schedule.

Resolved, that the Saint Paul City Council, pursuant to the Saint Paul City Charter Section 6.03.3 (5), hereby approves and ratifies the attached Memorandum of Agreement between the City and Manual and Maintenance Supervisors Association.
