WHEREAS, in the matter of the Appeal of Benjamin Roberts to a Re-Inspection Fire Certificate of Occupancy With Deficiencies at 124 Lexington Parkway North, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council grant to December 31, 2022 for repair of exterior trim and grant to June 1, 2023 for caulking and painting repairs related to September 20, 2022 orders; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
