WHEREAS, Golden Liquor LLC d/b/a Shamrock Plaza Liquors (License ID #20220001200) applied for a Tobacco Shop (Cigarette/Tobacco) and Liquor Off Sale license for the premises located at 289 McKnight Road South in Saint Paul; and
WHEREAS, on August 16, 2022 the Department of Safety and Inspections provided notice of the application; and
WHEREAS, the deadline for comments was set at September 30, 2022; and
WHEREAS, the Department of Safety and Inspections received no objections to the approval of the licenses; and
WHEREAS, the Council finds that the application is in order and there are no grounds to deny approval of the licenses; now, therefore, be it,
RESOLVED, a Tobacco Shop (Cigarette/Tobacco) and Liquor Off Sale license is hereby approved and issued to Golden Liquor LLC d/b/a Shamrock Plaza Liquors (License ID #20220001200) for the premises located at 289 McKnight Road South in Saint Paul.
