Amending Council File RLH FCO 22-49, adopted June 22, 2022, to grant Arnold Kampa an additional extension for property at 1084 LARPENTEUR AVENUE WEST.

WHEREAS, on June 22, 2022, the City Council of the City of Saint Paul adopted Council File #RLH FCO 22-49, said Resolution being the memorialization of an appeal to a Fire Inspection Correction Notice at 1084 Larpenteur Avenue West; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing recommended that the City Council grant additional extension for compliance per the request of the property owner until November 1, 2022 for orders related to removal or repair of garage(s) and northeast stairs to basement, conditioned upon them remaining secured from entry; and
WHEREAS, the Appellant is again requesting additional extension for the compliance of the July 1, 2022 deadline because the STAR grant he applied was denied and previous contractor he hired will not be able to start project until 2023; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends granting additional extension; Now Therefore, Be It,
RESOLVED, that an extension is hereby granted to February 1, 2023.
