WHEREAS, A and M Auto Sales LLC (License ID #20220000890) applied for a Second Hand Dealer - Motor Vehicle and Auto Repair Garage license for the premises located at 845 Robert Street South in Saint Paul; and
WHEREAS, the Department of Safety and Inspections received no objections to the approval of the licenses; and
WHEREAS, the Council finds that the license conditions are reasonable given the license applied for, the application is in order and there are no grounds to deny approval of the licenses; now, therefore, be it,
RESOLVED, a Second Hand Dealer - Motor Vehicle and Auto Repair Garage license is hereby approved and issued to A and M Auto Sales LLC (License ID #20220000890) for the premises located at 845 Robert Street South in Saint Paul.
