WHEREAS, the Saint Paul City Council in Council File 22-1334 accepted the Report of Completion of Assessment for a water main and connection at 2166 Carver Avenue. The property connected to the Carver Avenue/South Point Douglas main in August, 2021.

WHEREAS, the City Council held a public hearing on October 12, 2022 to consider ratification of the assessment roll; and
WHEREAS, the City Council considered and found satisfactory the assessment of benefits, costs and expenses for the construction work; now, therefore be it
RESOLVED, that, pursuant to Ch. 14 of the City Charter and Ch. 76 of the Administrative Code, the assessment is hereby in all respects ratified; and be it further
RESOLVED, that the assessment be made payable in twenty (20) equal installments.
