Amending Council File RLH AR 22-9 to reduce the assessment for Collection of Delinquent Garbage Bills for services during July to September 2021 at 389-393 STRYKER AVENUE. (File No. CG2104A1, Assessment No. 210115)

WHEREAS on March 23, 2022, the City Council of the City of Saint Paul adopted Council File No. RLH AR 22-9, said Resolution being the Ratification of Assessment for Collection of Delinquent Garbage Bills for services during July to September 2021. (File No. CG2104A1, Assessment No. 210115); and
WHEREAS, the property at 389-393 Stryker Avenue, being described as: West St Paul Blks 1 Thru 99 Lot 7 Blk 27, with the property identification number 06-28-22-44-0056 was assessed an amount of $267.78; and
WHEREAS, Public Works staff recommends reducing the assessment to $101.23 because hauler records show that during Quarter 4, 2021, the property owner was being charged for two 35-gallon every other week carts and one 35-gallon cart with weekly pick-up and owner should have only been charged for a 96-gallon cart the property; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer concurs with the recommendation; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the reduction of $267.78, plus any accrued interests, be reduced to $101.23. Council File No. RLH AR 22-9 is hereby amended to reflect this change.
