TITLE

Approving a subdivision by registered land survey for Sharkey Design Build LLC at 300, 302 & 304 Ryan Avenue to create three (3) RT1 two-family residential parcels.

                                                                                                        

BODY

 

WHEREAS, Sharkey Design Build LLC, Zoning File # 22-062-353, has submitted for City Council approval the attached registered land survey to create three (3) RT1 two-family residential parcels, at 300, 302 & 304 Ryan Avenue (Parcel Identification Numbers 06-28-22-32-0024, -0085, & -0086); and

 

WHEREAS, the appropriate City departments have reviewed the subdivision by registered land survey and found that it meets the requirements of Chapter 69 of the Zoning Code; and

 

WHEREAS, notice of public hearing before the City Council was duly published in the official newspaper of the City on July 29, 2022, and notices were duly mailed to each owner of affected property and property situated wholly or partly within 350 feet of the subject property; and

 

WHEREAS, the City Council held a public hearing on the proposed subdivision by registered land survey on August 10, 2022, at which all interested parties were given an opportunity to be heard, the Council having considered all the facts and recommendations concerning the subdivision;

 

NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council accepts and approves the attached subdivision by registered land survey for Sharkey Design Build LLC, at 300, 302 & 304 Ryan Avenue (Parcel Identification Numbers 06-28-22-32-0024, -0085, & -0086) to create three (3) RT1 two-family residential parcels, subject to the following condition:

 

                     1.                     The applicant shall file a copy of the Council Resolution approving the subdivision with the Ramsey County Recorder’s Office.

 

AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City Clerk shall mail a copy of this resolution to the Applicant, the Zoning Administrator, and the Planning Administrator.
