Recommended License Conditions
1. The licensee shall pick up trash, litter, and empty bottles and/or cans in the immediate vicinity of the licensed business, whether on public or private property, at least on a daily basis.
2. Licensee agrees to maintain the public sidewalk abutting the property free and clear of snow and/or ice at all times as required under Chapter 113 of the City of Saint Paul Legislative Code which states that snow and/or ice shall be removed from the public sidewalk within twenty-four (24) hours after snow and/or ice has ceased to fall, gather or accumulate.
3. Temporary window signs placed between the height of four (4) to seven (7) feet above grade shall not cover more than thirty (30) percent of this window space area and cannot block views into the clerk or cashier station.
