Amending the financing and spending plans in the Department of Public Works Capital Budget to transfer Municipal State Aid balances from completed projects into 2022 Municipal State Aid Contingency.

Body
WHEREAS, the Department of Public Works has identified Municipal State Aid (MSA) balances in 2016, 2017 and 2018 completed projects; and
WHEREAS, the Department of Public Works is recommending the following transfers of MSA funding into 2022 Municipal State Aid Contingency:

? Transfer $100,000 from the 2016 Wabasha Saint Paul Streets Project.

? Transfer $26,266 from the 2016 Street Lighting Improvement Project.

? Transfer $179,682 from the 2016 University Signal Project.

? Transfer $14,766 from the 2016 Grand Avenue Improvements Project.

? Transfer $194,489 from the 2017 Como - Raymond to Commonwealth Project.

? Transfer $391,367 from the 2017 6th Street Lighting Improvement Project.

? Transfer $16,258 from the 2017 Como Avenue Lighting Project.

? Transfer $112,089 from the 2017 Battle Creek Project.

? Transfer $131,897 from the 2018 MnDOT High Bridge Redeck Project.

WHEREAS, the Mayor, pursuant to Section 10.07.4 of the Charter of the City of Saint Paul, does certify that there is available for transfer of appropriation funds of $1,166,814; now, therefore be it

RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Saint Paul, upon recommendation of the Mayor and advice of the Long Range Capital Improvement Budget Committee, that $1,166,814 is available for transfer of appropriation of funds in the Capital Improvement Budgets, as heretofore adopted and amended by this Council, be hereby further amended in the Improvements Budgets in the following particulars:
