WHEREAS on March 23, 2022, the City Council of the City of Saint Paul adopted Council File No. AR 22-19 to ratified the assessment for Property Clean Up services during November 1 to 10, 2021. (File No. J2214A, Assessment No. 228513); and

 

WHEREAS, the property at 1237 Conway Street, being described as: A. Gotzians Re of Sigel's Addition W 14 Ft of Lot 19 and All of Lot 18 Blk 29, with the property identification number 33-29-22-14-0154 was assessed an amount of $478; and

 

WHEREAS, Brandon Stecher reached out to our office after the City Council Public Hearing and wanted to appeal but missed the hearing to testify; and

 

WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer will review this on April 5, 2022 Legislative Hearing to determine her recommendation; Now, Therefore, Be It

 

RESOLVED, that the reduction of $472, plus any accrued interests, be forthcoming.
