Amending Council File RLH FCO 22-11, adopted February 16, 2022, to grant Alexsandra Felt, Urban Enterprises, an additional extension for property at 922 WOODBRIDGE STREET.

Body

WHEREAS, on February 16, 2022, the City Council of the City of Saint Paul adopted Council File #RLH FCO 22-11, said Resolution being the memorialization of an appeal to a Fire Certificate of Occupancy Correction Notice at 922 Woodbridge Street; and

WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing recommended that the City Council 1) grant until February 22, 2022 for property to be reinspected on items 4, 7, 9, 18, 19, 20 & 21 and grant to April 1, 2022 for balance of the January 4 orders; and

WHEREAS, the Saint Paul City Council considered the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter; and

WHEREAS, Alexsandra Felt is requesting additional extension for the balance of January 4 orders; and

WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer reviewed the matter and recommends granting additional extension since the items with the February 22^nd deadline were completed; Now Therefore, Be It,

RESOLVED, that an extension is hereby granted to May 15, 2022.
