Authorizing the City to enter into a Work Order Contract with the Minnesota Department of Transportation for the State’s Trunk Highway 51 Project.
Body
WHEREAS, the Minnesota Department of Transportation (MnDOT) has a project on Trunk Highway 51 (Snelling Avenue) that includes lighting and a traffic signal system; and
WHEREAS, the City plans to provide design services for the lighting and traffic signal system; and
WHEREAS, MnDOT has agreed to pay for all services performed by the City as outlined in the contract; now, therefore be it
RESOLVED, that the Mayor and the proper City Officials are hereby authorized and directed for and on behalf of the City to enter into MnDOT Contract Number 1028167 W13 with the State of Minnesota, a copy of which is before Council and is made a part hereof; and be it finally
RESOLVED, that the Mayor and the proper City Officials are authorized to execute the Agreement and any amendments to the Agreement.
