Amending Council File RES PH 21-247 to reduce the assessment for repair of sanitary sewer line on private property from April to June 2021 at 605 Bay St. (File No. SWRP2103, Assessment No. 213003)

WHEREAS, on September 15, 2021, the City Council of the City of Saint Paul adopted Council File RES PH 21-247, said Resolution being the Ratification of Assessment for Repair of Sanitary Sewer Line on Private Properties as requested by the Property Owner during the months of April to June 2021. (File No. SWRP2103, Assessment No. 213003); and
WHEREAS, the property at 605 Bay St, being described as: Asylum Addition No. 1 to The City of St Paul, Minn. Lot 2, Blk 3 with the property identification number 11-28-23-44-0055 was assessed an amount of $20,060.00; and
WHEREAS, the Sanitary Sewer Department recommends a reduction in the amount of $3500.00 on the following assessment as the original project included both the Sanitary Sewer and Lead Water work on one invoice. The Assessment office will re-assess the Replacement of Lead Water Portion ; now, therefore be it
RESOLVED, that Council File RES PH 21-247 is hereby amended to reflect this change.
