WHEREAS, in the matter of the Appeal of Matthew Wergin, on behalf of his father Scott Wergin, to a Vacant Building Registration Notice at 1340 SEARLE STREET, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and

 

WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council 1) grant to March 14, 2022 for compliance with items 2, 3, 7, 8 & 9 or property must be vacated; and 2) grant a 90-day waiver on the vacant building fee to April 25, 2022; Now, Therefore, Be It

 

RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
