Be it resolved that upon proper execution and delivery of a property damage release in full, the proper City officials are authorized to pay from the Saint Paul Police Department's Tort Liability Fund, to Progressive Preferred Insurance Company as subrogee of Zer Vang, the amount of eight thousand seven hundred three dollars and two cents ($8,703.02) in full and final settlement of any and all property damages arising out of a motor vehicle accident on the 8th day August, 2019 in Saint Paul, MN.
