Authorizing the City to enter into the attached Lease Agreement with Summit-Hill Association Community Council for office space at Linwood Recreation Center.

WHEREAS, Summit-Hill Association Community Council wishes to renew their lease agreement with the City of Saint Paul Department of Parks and Recreation for office space at Linwood Recreation Center, 860 Saint Clair Avenue, Saint Paul, MN 55105; and
WHEREAS, Summit-Hill Association Community Council mission is to enhance the quality of life in the neighborhood through a wide range of community projects and programs; and
WHEREAS, Summit-Hill Association Community Council has leased office space at Linwood Recreation Center since 1992; and
WHEREAS, the Department of Parks and Recreation believes lease of office space at the recreation center is an acceptable use of the space and does not detract from the delivery of recreation services; Now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of Saint Paul authorizes the appropriate City officials to enter into the attached Agreement.
