Date/Time of 1st LH:  Tuesday, October 19, 2021, teleconference between 1:00 p.m. and 3:00 p.m.

Purpose of Appeal:  The house is being renovated at this time. Property is not abandoned. Please allow house to be rebuilt. It will take about another 8 months per contractor. Thank you! -Kaye & Di

WHEREAS, in the matter of the Appeal of Kaye Sisombath and Di Vang to a Vacant Building Registration Fee at 243 WINIFRED STREET EAST, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and

 

WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council waive the vacant building for 90 days to December 20, 2021; Now, Therefore, Be It

 

RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
