WHEREAS, in the matter of Appeal of Song Xiong to a Fire Certificate of Occupancy Revocation and Order to Vacate at 30 Acker Street West, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation is to grant the appeal on the revocation of the certificate of occupancy (reinstating it), deny the appeal on order pertaining to ceiling and wall repair and grant an extension of 90 days to January 27, 2022 to repair or replace the ceilings in question in a professional manner; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
