WHEREAS, the Board of Water Commissioners of the City of Saint Paul desires to enter into a Small Utility Enterprise Agreement with Environmental Systems Research, Inc. (“ESRI”) to provide geographic information software and services; and
WHEREAS, staff has negotiated such an agreement with assistance from the Board attorney at a cost not to exceed $150,000 and for the term of three years; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, that the Board of Water Commissioners of the City of Saint Paul hereby approves the Small Utility Enterprise Agreement with ESRI, to provide geographic information software and services at a cost not to exceed $150,000; and, be it
FINALLY RESOLVED, that the proper officers of the Board are hereby authorized and directed to execute said Agreement along with its Quotation No. Q-443185 attached to said Agreement following approval by the assistant city attorney.
