Ratifying the assessment for the Como Avenue from Brompton Street to City Limits paving and lighting project constructed as part of the 2020 St. Paul Street Paving Program (SPS). (File No. 19235, Assessment No. 205201)

WHEREAS, the Saint Paul City Council in Council File 21-1186 accepted the Report of Completion for the assessment of benefits, cost and expenses for constructing new bituminous surface streets with concrete curb and gutter, concrete driveway aprons, boulevards landscaped with sod and trees, sidewalk replacement as needed, and a new lantern style lighting system and doing all other necessary work to complete said project as part of the 2020 SPS; and
WHEREAS, the City Council held a public hearing on October 6, 2021 to consider ratification of the assessment roll; and
WHEREAS, the City Council considered and found satisfactory the assessment of benefits, costs and expenses for the construction work; now, therefore be it
RESOLVED, that the said assessment is hereby in all respects ratified.
RESOLVED FURTHER, that the assessment be made payable in twenty (20) equal installments.
