Authorizing the Police Department to amend the 2021 Special Fund Budget to add the missed 2020 yearend technical amendment for the 2020 Foundation and private grants.

WHEREAS, the City of Saint Paul, Police Department (SPPD) needs to reduce the 2021 special fund budget for the Foundation and private grants; and
WHERAS, the 2021 financing and spending plan for the foundation and private grants were overstated as to the missed year-end technical amendment and needs to be amended: and
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of Saint Paul, upon recommendation of the Mayor that these funds should be reduced in the Police Department Special Fund, as heretofore adopted and amended by this Council, be hereby further amended in the particulars as specified in the attached financial analysis.
