Amending Council File RLH AR 20-160, adopted February 10, 2021, to ratify the assessment at 54 SYNDICATE STREET SOUTH (50 SYNDICATE STREET SOUTH/1276 GRAND AVENUE/1278 GRAND AVENUE) (File No. J2103B, Assessment No. 218102).

 

Body

WHEREAS, on April 20, 2021, the City Council of the City of Saint Paul adopted Council File #RLH AR 20-160, said Resolution being the memorialization of an appeal to an Appealed Special Tax Assessment for Property at 54 Syndicate Street South (50 Syndicate Street South/1276 Grand Avenue/1278 Grand Avenue) (File No. J2103B, Assessment No. 218102); and

 

WHEREAS, the property at 54 Syndicate Street South (50 Syndicate Street South/1276 Grand Avenue/1278 Grand Avenue), being described as: Stinson’s Boulevard Lot 12 Blk 4, with the property identification number 03-28-23-42-0048 was assessed amounts of $442; and

 

WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommended that the City Council ratified and make it payable in one installment; and

 

WHEREAS, the appellant made a request to review the matter again and a Legislative Hearing was held on April 20, 2021 and the Legislative Hearing Officer recommended that the assessment be ratified and spread payments over 3 years; Now Therefore, Be It,

 

RESOLVED, that the assessment is ratified and spread over 3 years.  Council File No. RLH AR 20-160 is hereby amended to reflect this change.
