Pertaining to an agreement with EDI-Dolejs, Inc. to provide professional services for design and construction services for replacement of electrical equipment at the Highland Pumping Station No. 1.
Body
WHEREAS, the Board of Water Commissioners of the City of Saint Paul desires to obtain professional services required to provide design and construction services for the replacement of electrical equipment at Highland Pumping Station No. 1; and
WHEREAS, staff solicited proposals from qualified firms to provide said services and four qualified firms submitted proposals which were reviewed and scored by staff, and from those proposals staff recommends EDI-Dolejs; and
WHEREAS, the Board desires to enter into an agreement with EDI-Dolejs, Inc. to provide said services at a cost not to exceed $48,900; and
WHEREAS, City of Saint Paul Contracts and Analysis Services has prepared Contract No. 2969 between the Board and EDI-Dolejs, Inc. which sets forth the conditions for such work and which protects the Board’s right, interests, and facilities at a cost not to exceed $48,900; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, that Contract No. 2969 between the Board of Water Commissioners and EDI-Dolejs, Inc. is hereby approved and that the proper officers of the Board are hereby authorized and directed to execute Contract No. 2969 on behalf of the Board.
