Making finding on the appealed nuisance abatement ordered for 2359 PEARL STREET in Council File RLH SAO 21-13.

WHEREAS, the City Council adopted on March 17, 2021 which granted an extension to March 4, 2021 to abate the nuisance conditions by removing the exterior items from the front porch at 2359 Pearl Street; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer reviewed this case on March 23, 2021 to determine if the owner and/or responsible party abated the nuisance conditions and found these conditions were abated; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council adopts the finding of the legislative hearing officer that the nuisance condition is abated and the matter resolved.
