WHEREAS on March 3, 2021, the City Council of the City of Saint Paul adopted Council File No. AR 20-98 to ratify the assessment for Property Clean Up March 16 to 30, 2020. (File No. J2020A, Assessment No. 208535); and
WHEREAS, the property at 749 Charles Avenue, being described as: Syndicate No. 2 Addition Part of Charles Ave Vac Adj and Ex Alley Lot 28 Blk 3, with the property identification number 35-29-23-13-0118 was assessed an amount of $478; and
WHEREAS, Department of Safety & Inspections staff recommends the assessment be deleted as there was insufficient time given to the owner to clean up items illegally dumped on his property; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer concurs with the recommendation; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the reduction of $478, plus any accrued interests, be deleted. Council File No. RLH AR 20-98 is hereby amended to reflect this change.
