WHEREAS on March 3, 2021, the City Council of the City of Saint Paul adopted Council File No. AR 20-98 to ratify the assessment for Property Clean Up March 16 to 30, 2020. (File No. J2020A, Assessment No. 208535); and
WHEREAS, the property at 559 Aurora Avenue, being described as: Smith’s Subdivision of Block 3 of Stinson’s Division of NW 1/4, Sec. 36, T. 29, r. 23 West Lot 1 Blk 3, with the property identification number 36-29-23-22-0041 was assessed an amount of $534; and
WHEREAS, a Legislative Hearing was held on March 16, 2021 to review this matter and the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends deleting the fee as there was good effort made by owner to clean up the items but it appears additional things were put there after the initial clean-up; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the reduction of $534, plus any accrued interests, be deleted. Council File No. RLH AR 20-98 is hereby amended to reflect this change.
