WHEREAS on March 17, 2021, the City Council of the City of Saint Paul adopted Council File No. AR 21-21 to ratify the assessment for Removal of Dangerous Tree(s) service during February 2020 at 1711 SAINT CLAIR AVENUE. (File No. 2101T, Assessment No. 219000); and
WHEREAS, the property at 1711 Saint Clair Avenue, being described as: MaCalester Park W 50 Ft of Lot 10 Blk 9, with the property identification number 04-28-23-43-0147 was assessed an amount of $2654.17; and
WHEREAS, the owner contacted the office to request that the fee be spread over number of years; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends approving and spreading the fee over 10 years; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the assesssment of $2654.17, plus any accrued interests, be made payable over 10 years. Council File No. RLH AR 21-21 is hereby amended to reflect this change.
